Bio
Marta has been making music for decades, but has really branched out into regular songwriting and performing within the last 10 years. She has a bachelor's degree in Music Education from University of Wisconsin-Madison, then taught choir and general music as a public school teacher for 6 years. After that, she started her own business and opened a brick and mortar music store that offers music lessons, piano tuning and repair, custom art, used pianos and other instruments. She is a regular performer all over the Madison, Wisconsin area. She is also part of a duo. Two Birds, that performs at local events and festivals doing dueling pianos and sing alongs.
